40 MINUTE PRE-RECORDED WEBINAR
Get Your Pup Vet Ready!
Want to learn how to get your pup comfortable with going to the vets, reducing the risk of negative associations at the vets, and preventing anxiety at the vets? You can get your pup to associate the vets to be a positive place where good things happen! And best of all, you can do most of this positive association at home!
Through positive training, gentle introductions, desensitisation methods and good husbandry practices your beloved dog can have confidence with going to the vets by familiarising them to what the might find stressful by associating stressors with good things happening.
I am Nicole Roberts, owner of A Keeper's Touch - Animal Training and I have been working with a wide range of animals for over 20 years. In that time I have trained numerous species in both protected and free contact using positive reinforcement training to help our animals in veterinary situations. In recent years I have specialised in canine training through numerous diplomas and through starting the accreditation process via the Institute of Modern Dog Training.
My aim is to combine everything I have learnt during my career training and desensitising animals via positive reinforcement training, with working with canines to help owners meet their dogs needs, prevent unwanted behaviours caused by stress and help your dog grow into a happy healthy dog!
